一、課程安排

1. 已報名之課程費用一律不予退還，但學員可於課程開始前五個工作天以電子郵件通知，申請改期一次。

2. 課程將透過線上會議軟體 Zoom 進行。

3. YL Property 保留更改課程時間、上課模式及課程內容之權利。如有任何特別安排，將另行通知學員。

二、智慧財產權

1. 課程進行期間，學員不得拍攝、錄音或錄影。

2.. 本公司所提供之課程內容與教材之所有權與著作權均屬 YL Property 所有。學員僅可為個人學習用途使用，不得轉售、轉讓、複製或散佈給任何第三方。

3. 本公司將另行提供課程錄影檔，供學員於課後一年內複習使用。

三、合約生效

本協議自學員付款之日起即生效。

四、個人資料保護

雙方同意遵守所有適用之個人資料保護法律，包括歐盟《一般資料保護規範》（GDPR）。

五、條款解釋與修改

1. 如對課程條款有任何爭議，YL Property 保留最終解釋及決定權。

2. YL Property 有權不定期修訂本合約及所有條款，恕不另行通知。最新版本將公布於官網：https://www.ylproperty.uk/

1. Course Arrangement

1.1 Course fees are non-refundable once registered. However, rescheduling is allowed once free of charge if notified via email at least five working days before the class start date.

1.2 All sessions will be conducted via the Zoom video conferencing platform. 

1.3 YL Property reserves the right to modify the course schedule, format, and content. Any special arrangements will be communicated separately to students.

2. Intellectual Property Rights 

2.1 Recording, filming, or photographing during sessions is strictly prohibited. 

2.2 All materials and content provided are the intellectual property of YL Property. They are for personal educational use only and may not be resold, transferred, copied, or distributed to any third party. 

3.3 Recorded sessions will be made available by YL Property for students to review for up to one  year.

3. Agreement Effective Date 

This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of payment by the student.

4. Data Protection 

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

5. Interpretation and Amendments 

5.1 YL Property reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in case of any dispute.
